How to Cancel or Pause Your Subscription

If you need to cancel or pause your Scalar Talent subscription, you can do so easily by calling our support team or managing it yourself through your account settings.

For fastest assistance, call us at 1 (877) 780-9615 and:
๐Ÿ“ž Press 1 for Sales & Billing
๐Ÿ’ฌ Our team will assist you with cancellation, pausing, or modifying your subscription.


๐Ÿ”น Option 2: Manage Your Subscription Online #

If you prefer to handle it yourself, follow these steps:

1๏ธโƒฃ Log in to your ScalarTalent Account.
2๏ธโƒฃ Navigate to “My Account” at /my-account.
3๏ธโƒฃ Select “Subscription Settings” or “Billing”.
4๏ธโƒฃ Choose to cancel or pause your plan.

  • Pausing your subscription will retain your data and settings for when you’re ready to resume.
  • Cancellation may result in loss of access after your current billing cycle ends.
