🔹 How to Request a Seat Count Modification #
1️⃣ Submit a Support Ticket #
- Go to ScalarTalent Support
- Click “Submit a Ticket”
- Select “Billing & Subscription” as the category
2️⃣ Provide the Following Details #
In your ticket, include:
✔ Your current number of seats
✔ The new seat count you require
✔ Your account or company name
3️⃣ Confirmation & Billing Adjustment #
- Our team will review your request and ensure that your billing is accurately prorated.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your seat count has been updated.

🔹 Adding Seats – Additional seats will be billed at a prorated rate based on your current billing cycle.
🔹 Removing Seats – Adjustments will take effect on your next billing cycle to ensure fairness in pricing.
